For over 60 years, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) has offered a world-class, inexpensive education. More than 26,000 students attend this ‘Research 1’ institution. UWM is known by the Carnegie Classification in the top 131 U.S. research universities.

Over 1,200 international students from 90 countries call UWM home. They may select from 195 academic programs, across a variety of subject areas. A few of UWM’s popular programs include: MS Engineering, MS Computer Science, MS Health Care Informatics, MS Information Technology Management, Master of Architecture (M.Arch) Instruction is delivered by staff across 12 schools and colleges. Students work in conjunction with faculty mentors to improve important and innovative research in over 100 centers, labs, and institutes.
