There is a remarkable amount of support given in terms of career services to help the future plans of students, with investment into the new Riverside Centre set to further boost these services. During study, many jobs are available on campus whilst the support systems are in place to help out students achieve crucial understanding alongside their studies before entering full-time work as graduates. A disparate campus community attends UT, with 92% of students benefiting from the USD 68 million of financial aid awarded to students each year. Much of this aid is available to international students in the form of scholarships if they demonstrate high levels of academic success.

UT offers partial academic scholarships to qualified undergraduate freshmen and transfer international students with exceptional grades, SAT and TOEFL scores. Scholarships up to $11,000 per academic year are awarded to incoming freshmen and up to $7,000 for transfer students, depending on the level of achievement.
