There are two main types of scholarships you could receive. The main difference between the types of scholarships is the source of the scholarship money. The first form awarded by the Tennessee Tech University (TTU) is called institutional or university scholarships. Tennessee Tech Scholarships include Admissions Scholarships and Awards, Departmental & Supporter Scholarships, Athletic Scholarships, Honors School Scholarships, Music Performance Scholarships, ROTC (Military Science) Scholarships. The second type of scholarship that you could receive is called an outside scholarship or an external to Tennessee Tech scholarship.
