Richard Bland College is a public junior college affiliated with William and Mary College. Richard Bland College of William & Mary prepares learners for university transfer through academically rigorous courses grounded in the liberal arts tradition. Upon significant accomplishment of the associate degree through the RBC Global Student Success Program, learners will get completed the first two years of bachelor’s degree. They will be eligible to transfer to William & Mary or one of 40 universities and colleges in Virginia. Richard Bland College of William & Mary is committed to offering a variety of counselling services to assist learners with their overall development and adjustment to campus. Student Success Centre provides a wide variety of student support services including academic advising, disability services, peer-led and online tutoring, career and emotional counselling, and personal and professional development workshops. The college is minutes away from scenic hiking and biking trails, waterways, golf courses, state parks, and extra. It is also home to several competitive sports teams, which includes basketball, cheerleading, golf, soccer, softball and volleyball.

Richard Bland College of William & Mary largest merit-based scholarship is awarded to students invited to the Honors Program each fall and spring. This scholarship is based on merit, not financial need, and students must participate in the Honors Program and have a 3.5 GPA or higher to be awarded the scholarship. Awards are typically $1,000 per academic year.
