The PCCD is proud to be able to offer a brilliant, hands-on education to a wide range of classes. The cost of teaching is smaller than that of a conventional U.S. university and provides financial support to more than 60 percent of its students. A variety of health programs are available through schools, including the Student Wellbeing Committee, Mental Health Counseling, and Crisis Support Services. It is also helpful for students to find housing, assistance for obtaining a visa, and even a PCCD counseling service.
Peralta Students Receive Some Amount of Financial Aid. In the last five years, the Peralta Colleges Foundation has awarded over $900,000 in scholarships.
