Pace University offers students the ability to study abroad for part of their degree, with a variety of options ranging from short-term programs to volunteering. Students are given the support they need to make the most of the opportunity, whether online or via the Abroad Education Department on campus. There is a wide variety of events taking place at both campuses every week and students are encouraged to get interested in making friends and experiencing new experiences. Clubs and societies are offered from more subject-specific societies to sports and leisure clubs, as well as associations that promote leadership rewards and volunteering opportunities.
Students are sponsored by a variety of various programs during their tenure at Pace University. Each campus is staffed with nurses to help diagnose any illness or symptoms, and confidential counselors are also available to talk to. Centered on two campuses, one in the heart of New York City and the other just 40 minutes away by train, students can experience one of the most popular and exciting cities in the world, their home away from home.
Pace offers limited financial support in the form of academic merit scholarships to freshmen international students admitted to the University. International graduate students who have demonstrated exceptional academic abilities may be eligible for Dean’s or President’s scholarship; eligibility is determined by the time of admission. International graduate students who have shown academic accomplishment in the past, skills, and related experience are qualified for graduate assistantships (full or part-time).
