There are a number of student clubs to join, including academic, cultural, religious, performing arts, special interests, hobbies. By improving their leadership abilities through hybrid workshops, online courses, and presentations, the LEAD Program is designed to support emerging and returning student leaders. The goal of the program is for learners to feel empowered within their private and professional communities to lead.

Scholarships provide financial assistance which, based on merit and/or need, does not have to be repaid. There are several scholarships available to both the State University of New York at Old Westbury and The Old Westbury College Foundation, Inc.
