Ball State University

Established in 1918, Ball State is a state-assisted the residential university in Muncie, Indiana, a mid-sized Midwestern city and northeast of Indianapolis. About 21,000 undergraduate and graduate students enroll in different on-and off-campus academic programs each year. Ball State is a research university, a high-level research activity of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, and approved by the Higher Learning Board. The individual services are approved by numerous regional and national organizations.

Ball State has developed into a world-class university with highly regarded programs in the fields of education, architecture, industry, communications, fine arts, sciences and humanities, and the health professions.
