The University of Stirling is situated in the middle of Stirling, just two miles south. The majestic 330-acre campus, set in the shadow of the Ochil Hills, comprises a loch, a golf course, and the 18th-century Airthrey Castle. It has two other Inverness and Stornoway campuses, centers of excellence in teaching.
They deliver a range of funding options to attract and encourage ambitious students from all backgrounds and from around the world to come and study at the University. The University of Stirling grants a €2,000 scholarship to any UK or European Union student with a First Class Honors degree (or equivalent) to study full-time at any of the Master's degrees taught. The award is given on a pro-rated basis for part-time students. The EU Degree Scholarship provides a discount of £ 5,000 per year for any applicant who is a citizen of the EU or a native of the EU at the time of admission. They also have other scholarships such as Honours year scholarships, EU Postgraduate scholarship, Postgraduate international Excellence scholarship, etc.
