The university offers a range of academic, departmental, excellence, and income-related scholarships and bursaries. Academic Excellence Scholarships will be worth £3,000 over three years (paid in three equal installments). And Merit Scholarships will be worth £2,000. Each scholarship is awarded solely on the basis of their performance in academics. Their Music Entry Scholarships are intended to allow young musicians to continue cultivating their talents and musicianship in a welcoming atmosphere. These scholarships are available to new undergraduate students pursuing any subject matter and are valid for the duration of the undergraduate degree, two kinds of music scholarships are available: University Instrumental Scholarships, Joint Choral Scholarships.
