Solent University

Solent University (formerly Southampton Solent University) is a public university headquartered in Southampton, United Kingdom. It has around 10,500 students (2019/20). Its main campus is situated on East Park Terrace, between the city centre and the Southampton maritime centre, university students are served by the Solent Students' Union based on the East Park Terrace campus. It is a diverse university offering programmes across five academic faculties, including the Faculty of Industry, Law and Emerging Technology (which comprises Solent Business School and Solent Law School); the Faculty of Creative Industries, Design and Engineering; the Faculty of Leisure, Fitness and Social Sciences; and the Warsash Maritime School.

The University is delighted to offer a small range of International student merit scholarships of between £1,000 and £2,000 as a tuition fee discount for students from outside the EU who are pursuing a full-time degree level course and who meet the course's entry requirements. To qualify, students must currently be studying an international qualification or be studying for an international foundation programme in the UK with an 'unconditional firm' offer on a full-time course.
