The university got something for anyone involved in sports and health at Middlesex, from the Olympic gold winners to the students giving it a try. They have over 30 Middlesex athletic teams competing in a number of college leagues and tournaments. Their sports teams have been competitive at provincial and national tournaments, and students have represented Great Britain at international competitions, such as the World Student Games and the Olympic Games, the team competes in most of all popular sports like rugby, tennis, etc. The leisure classes are there to suit all abilities from high intense crossfit to chilled yoga.

The Middlesex University Community Scholarship is awarded to full undergraduate students, who have been outstanding within their school, college, or community, amount rewarded for this scholarship is £6,000. The Glenn Vaus Scholarship – Interior Design students (amount awarded- £3,000), The Santander Mobility Scholarship, along with sports scholarships, the university is dedicated to providing financial support in the form of these scholarships.
