Memorials staffs have been credited with numerous awards and compliments for their meaningful donations to society. Scholars are half the story. There is a wide variety of customer services available as students finish their journey at Memorial. Students on campus at Grenfell, the Marine Institute, and St. John's are supported by counseling and career services, health and wellness programs, academic advising, and access to recreation facilities.
The student life experience is abundant with chances to join in the campus community. The province's capital city, St. John's, is home to the St. John's campus, which presents a full variety of academic programs in a modern, urban setting. Its biggest campus is home to tutoring and research services for Memorial's six faculties and six schools and serves as the university's administrative hub. Grenfell Campus, situated in Corner Brook on the island's scenic west coast, is a liberal arts and science campus specializing in environmental and fine arts programs. Also located in St. John's is the Marine Institute, Canada's top center of fisheries and marine training and one of the most extensive aquatic educational facilities in the world.
Memorial University offers its international students many opportunities to receive scholarships and awards. International students are also eligible for most continuing undergraduate scholarships beyond their first year of studies.
