When the former University of Ballarat and the Gippsland Campus of Monash University were amalgamated, Federation University Australia was established. The history of the university goes back to 1870. Students will join a whole new generation at FedUni of thinkers, shapers and designers following their ambitions. As one of Victoria's 5-star academic institutions, from short courses to degrees and beyond, it offers over 400 programs.

Students may go through a broad range of fields of study, including business, education, engineering, IT, nursing and healthcare, performing arts and visual arts, psychology, science and mathematics, and athletics, outdoor and physical education. University is an ideal venue to try something new or to learn to build something they are passionate about.
