The institution provides two major scholarships to its students: The University of Toronto Scholars Program and the President’s Scholars of Excellence Program.

Accommodations are available to UG and PG students at the University of Toronto on all three of its campuses, which are located in St. George, Mississauga, and Scarborough. Every campus has its own unique residential neighbourhoods and living arrangements. Residents of the University of Toronto at St. George reside in one of the seven colleges, Chestnut Residence, or Student Family Housing. More than 1,500 students live on campus at the University of Toronto Mississauga, which has three different housing options: apartments, townhouses, or residence halls. Residents of the University of Toronto Scarborough reside in townhouses or apartment suites which are less than a two-minute walk from academic buildings.
