Yes, as an international student you will have to take the SAT or ACT test to study in USA for your bachelor’s degree. There are very few exceptions to this rule. The digital SAT is still scored on a 1600 scale, and both the instructors and students can continue to monitor progress across the suite over time. The scores on the SAT will means the same thing as that on the digital SAT, this means a score of 1200 on the digital SAT corresponds to a score of 1200 on the paper and pencil SAT.

SAT TOTAL SCORE PERCENTILES

The SAT exam is for 4 hours 5 mins with the breaks. The SAT exam comprises 4 sections and an optional essay.

1. Reading section – 65 minutes

2.Writing section – 35 minutes

3.No calculator section – 25 minutes

4.Calculator section – 55 minutes
